At BabyBliss, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping mailer.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
